Licence Agreement

1. The Photographer grants the Purchaser permission for 1 (one) single use of the image.
2. 'Personal' use is defined as the image being for home display only, whether in printed or electronic format. Such use requires a Personal Licence.
3. Any other usage, such as web, print, video still, projection etc requires a Commercial Licence.
2. Where the image is used in a printed publication, the Photographer must be credited.
3. The image may not be resold or given freely to a third party.
4. The image may not be represented as the work of anyone other than the Photographer.
5. The image copyright is the sole property of the Photographer.
