Public Image Market Ltd. (PIM) acts as a Photographic Agency selling photographic images on-line and by other means. The images offered for sale are the sole property of the photographer, not PIM.

Whilst PIM takes every reasonable care to approve all photographer submitted images, it cannot be held responsible for the subject matter of any image. Individual photographers accept PIM's Terms and Conditions upon registration which clearly state the acceptable use policy of this website. Any images with inappropriate subject matter or images without model consent are the sole responsibilty of the photographer.

If a complaint is made regarding a particular image, PIM will immediately remove the image from the website until the complaint has been investigated and resolved. The removal of an image does not constitute any admission of liablility or guilt on behalf of PIM or the photographer.

The Licence Agreement is between the Purchaser and the Photographer. PIM act only as the agent in the sale of images. The Licence Agreement is provided by PIM as an aid to the photographer. By accepting the Terms and Conditions of registration, the photographer accepts the Licence Agreement as his or her own Licence Agreement for the purposes of selling images on PIM.

PIM cannot be held responsible for misuse of purchased images, multiple usage of images or any other breach of the Licence Agreement.
